Blumar Magazine
Blumar promotes a smooth and permanent communication among the members of the organization and with the rest of the community.
Together with the birth of Blumar, a new company magazine is also born. The main target is to keep everybody informed on the different activities developed by the company and its people, inside the organization as well as in the community and the environment it is part of.

Training
Internal training policy focuses on two aspects: to develop and improve workers' competences in order to ensure that they contribute in the best way possible to the Company's various production processes; and to devolop an attitude of “a self-care” while working in a safe and preventive manner. Training activities are coordinated to motivate and reinforce the people’s commitment to job safety.
Welfare
The company keeps a policy of ensuring the welfare of workers and their families by improving their quality of life through benefits and activities. Itata has a Children’s Football School, a Family Folk Group and a Welfare Committee, among others, to guarantee adequate human relationships inside the Company, bringing company and environment together.
Sports Activities
Supports the Sports Committee and its various activities: fly fishing, rayuela, tennis and basketball, among others. These sports promote activities that tend to strengthen workers coexistence and put in practice the idea of healthy body and mind. Lastly, the Olympics organized by Asipes is another occasson when highly motivated company employees can participate in various competitions.
Risk Prevention
Safety policy is based on self-care, strengthened through a safety management program that is audited externally, wherein the necessary actions, tools and training are coordinated to ensure that staff may work safely and is responsible for their own safety.
The safety and occupational health program, as set out by the Department of Risks Prevension, aims to coordinate work with the Risk Control Association and other various internal Committees, in one of which participates the General Management, thus reflecting Blumar's commitment and easing decision making.
